Order Info

How to track orders?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and checking the status.

 

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed. To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service.


How to place an order?

Select your favorite collection, then click product details Click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘MY CART’ at the right top of the page. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address; you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at any time. However, we would recommend you register an account before shopping, which will make it easier for you to place and track your orders.

Is My Mini Cosmo cruelty-free?/ Does My Mini Cosmo test on animals?

We do not test our products on animals. We rely on a combination of scientific literature, non-animal testing, raw material safety testing, and/or human testing to ensure our product safety as an alternative to animal testing. We hope you find this information useful and continue to use My Mini Cosmo products with confidence!

 

Do My Mini Cosmo products contain parabens, phthalates, or formaldehyde?

No, and never will! We do not formulate with parabens, phthalates, or formaldehyde.

 

Do you use fragrance in your products?

No, we do not use synthetic fragrances in any of our products. The pleasant scents from some of our products are from natural essential oils!

 

Are My Mini Cosmo products gluten-free?

Yes! Our products are formulated without gluten. However, we cannot guarantee that they were produced in an allergen-free environment.

 

Are My Mini Cosmo products vegan?

Many of our products and shades are vegan! We'll always call them out on each product page so you know.

 

Are My Mini Cosmo products nut-free?

Some of our products are not nut-free as we formulated them with tree nut oils, but all of our raw materials are selected with high standards, and refined to meet hypoallergenic levels. If you are known allergic to nuts and still want to try our products, we highly suggest taking a patch test by applying a small amount of product on your wrist and see if you develop any allergic reactions.

 

Do My Mini Cosmo products contain coconut or coconut-derived ingredients?

Some of our products contain coconut-derived ingredients, which are marked in the ingredient lists.

 

What testing does My Mini Cosmo conduct on formulas to ensure their safety?

Recommended by dermatologists, ophthalmologists, and pediatricians, as well as patch testing and micro testing.

 

Where does My Mini Cosmo manufacture its formula?

We work with different manufacturers around the world but always list the country of origin of each product. All formulas are developed in Canada and USA, no matter where the product is made, every My Mini Cosmo formula is held to the highest standard of quality.
